Sharpening a 30-year air charter brand across web and print

Introduction / The Challenge

Leading Fliteline's refreshed brand identity forward

Fliteline is an air charter brokerage built on nearly 30 years of industry experience, connecting clients with private aviation solutions worldwide through deep operational knowledge and a trusted network.

We led Fliteline's rebrand from end to end: a refreshed, stronger identity backed by a proper design system, a new SEO-optimised website, and one cohesive online presence across every touchpoint.

Design Goals

The old identity was dark and dated. The rebrand needed to feel bright, modern and unmistakably Fliteline.

Fliteline's existing brand didn't reflect the confidence built over 30 years in air charter. This was a refresh, not a rebuild: lift the identity, make it stand out, and bring real cohesion across every touchpoint, from the website down to physical print like calendars.

Research and Process

Direction came from sitting with the client first, not from a brief.

I started with meetings with the Fliteline team to build a genuine understanding of the business before bringing creative direction to the table. From there the identity took shape in Figma, with Claude used to animate the website experience and keep the design system consistent across social without needing constant manual upkeep, and to make sure content and meta schema were properly researched and structured.

Ideation

References, early calendar frames and identity cues gathered in Figma before the look had settled.

Design Decisions

Every choice pushed toward one flowing, brighter brand rather than a set of separate sections.

I moved to a white and grey palette and ruled out dark sections entirely, lifting the whole identity and tying pages together as one continuous piece. A mosaic pattern, kept to the same width and height everywhere, carries across the website and into print to reinforce that cohesion. The tone shifted to something friendlier, with a stronger nod to the aircraft world, to build trust rather than distance.

A Brand That Spreads Much Further Than Online

A brand that spreads much further than online.

Over the course of working with Fliteline, this extended into calendars, challenge coin designs, pitch decks and core documents, giving the team consistent, on-brand tools well beyond the site itself.

Flitemapper

Plan an air charter route before making the enquiry.

Flitemapper is a complimentary route-planning tool enabling charter buyers to map multi-leg journeys, estimate flight times, and identify fuel stops before contacting operators. It addresses the challenge of inadequately detailed charter inquiries by replacing a standard contact form with a genuinely useful resource that helps qualify prospects.
